Refund/Return

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please email us info@eminentstudios.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with our returns process.

Refund Conditions:

• Items must be in their original packaging/condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• All customers are responsible for the cost of shipment back to us.

Damaged Items and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
